I acknowledge that while F45 and its staff will make every reasonable effort to supervise my child and to minimise exposure to known risks, all hazards and dangers associated with these activities cannot be foreseen or may be beyond the control of F45 and its staff. Further, I confirm that my child has no pre-existing condition that impacts their health or otherwise would prohibit them from participating in this exercise class. I release F45 Training, its directors, agents, personal trainers, staff and sub-contractors of any liability for loss or injury, which my child may suffer whilst participating in any activities however otherwise caused.
