WHAT IS PRODIGY
Prodigy is a group based exercise class for children and adolescents of all fitness levels. Beyond health and fitness outcomes, the program is designed to facilitate positive social interactions.
Designed to promote healthy bone and muscle development, enhance motor skills and improve coordination. This is done through teaching functional ‘everyday’ movements in a safe and supportive environment.
Our qualified trainers foster teamwork and collaboration amongst members to inspire and engage every individual to achieve their full potential.
